Titus joined the ERA family in January 2014 and has since been a very valuable asset to ERA's Vigilant Division.

Titus is one who is always seeking new learning opportunities and has proved himself as a results-driven team member with good inter-personal skills and a penchant for numbers.

 

Titus spends most of his real estate career focusing on group sales transactions within District 19 (Majoring HDB, Condo and commercial properties). He also spent time in recruitment, leading, training, coaching and developing new Real Estate Elites.

 

Titus also participates in new launch developments (Residential) and develop marketing strategies for his team of motivated sales persons. 

 

Titus' strength in his Interpersonal relations also won him the trust and opportunities with HIGH NETT WORTH clients from overseas for purchases.
