Dave Liew is one of Team ERA’s fastest team builder and has brought some impressive credentials to ERA's fold.

 

Being actively involved in Leadership position in his previous real estate companies, Dave has garnered numerous supports in the Real Estate Industry, earning precious experiences and respect by fellow associates.

 

Dave has decided to establish his career with ERA as he felt that only ERA could provide him with the brand name and infrastructure to seek new heights, as well as to provide new challenges.

 

Dave is also an accomplished trainer, he conducts regular training sessions for both new and experienced agents, imparting his knowledge and know-how’s.

 

A motivator, Dave has been regularly invited by Real Estate Agents to conduct motivational talks and trainings locally and overseas. Dave is popularly known for his 28-Day Power Programme, which induces Real Estate Agents to establish Power Habits, and also Challenge Your Limits, a life changing programme. Both programmes have yielded phenomenal results. They allow agents to discover and realize greater goals in working up the real estate business.

 

Dave’s greatest satisfaction from his course of work is being able to continuously mould great achievers, identify leaders and watching them succeed in the real estate arena.
